"On cancellation the Regulation on approving and establishing the requirements for Issuance of Air Operator Certificates and Air Carrier Certificates and on cancellation the Order 2-N dated on 10 January 2003 of the Director General of Civil Aviation of the Republic of Armenia" order N 108-N of 29.07.2009 approved by Director General of Civil Aviation of RA.

"On cancellation the Government Decree N 21- N dated on 09 January 2003 and on cancellation the Regulation on Licensing scheduled air services and on approving the format of the license for scheduled air services" Government Decree N 1252-N  of 30.10.2008.

“Regulation on approving the requirements and conditions for granting permissions for air services operation” order N 98-N of 21.07.2009 approved by Director General of Civil Aviation of RA. 

"On approval of Regulation on granting permissions to the foreign air carriers operating scheduled and non-scheduled air services to/from the Republic of Armenia" order N 99-N of 21.07.2009 approved by Director General of Civil Aviation of RA.

"On establishing the minimum insurance coverage liability limits for the air operators" the Law of the Republic of Armenia. 

2. Registration and Deregistration of Aircraft

“Order for State Registration of Aircraft; Administration of the State Register of Aircraft; Issuance of Airworthiness Certificates; and Compliance to Airworthiness of Foreign Flights in the Republic of Armenia.”
Approved by the Order N 192-N of 9 December 2004 of the Director General of the General Department of Civil Aviation at the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

3. Certification of Aerodromes

“Order for establishment of Conditions and Limitations for operation of helipad.”
Approved by the Order N 82-N of 18 May 2007 of the Director General of the General Department of Civil Aviation at the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

“Order for Certification of the Aerodromes of International and Domestic Airports of the Republic of Armenia.”
Approved by the Order N 68-N of 27 April 2007 of the Director General of the General Department of Civil Aviation at the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

4. Aviation Safety Rules, Transportation of Weapons and Ammunition

“On establishing Rules and Regulations for Transportation and Safety of Weapons and Ammunition received for Storage from the Passengers during the Flight.”
Approved by the Decree N 615-N of 22 May 2003 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

“Order for Organization and Realization of Aviation Safety Control in the Airports of the Republic of Armenia.”
Approved by the Decree N 944-N of 27 May 2003 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

“Order for Organization and Realization of Passport and Internal Control in the Airports of the Republic of Armenia.”
Adopted by the Decision N 1142-N of 21 July 2005 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

5. Issuance of Certificates of Air Crew

“Order for issuance of certificates and attestation of the air crew of civil aviation aircraft, issuance of certificates and qualification of the technical engineer personnel, formation of the crews of aircraft of the Republic of Armenia.”
Approved by the Order N 55-A of 10 April 2007 of the Director General of the General Department of Civil Aviation at the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

6. Citizens’ Reception Procedure

Confirmed by the GDCA of RA, dated 24.07.2008 in accordance with the Order N 101-A
